Log in to the website using the name and password that you registered with. Select the gallery button from the menu at the top of the screen and then the "User Panel" link on the gallery page. Click the new picture button to access the upload form, enter a title for the image, select a category from the dropdown list and add a description of your image. (Please let us know if there is no suitable category for your photo) Click browse and go to the location on your computer desktop where the photo is to be found then, click the upload button. Your photo will now be added to your gallery and a thumbnail image created. You will see 3 links after uploading a photo. The first takes you back to the upload form, the second will open your gallery of uploads and the third will return you to the main gallery. Your file limits as a user are detailed when you click the "New Picture" button. For your information, the maximum file size is 2MB and users are allocated a maximum of 500 uploads. Images on the website will be displayed at a maximum size of 600 pixels and 600 pixels high. If your images are larger than this then they will probably be rejected by our server when you try and upload them. Please resize your images before uploading them making sure that the photos are in a .jpg format. If you require help with this please use the "Contact Us" link in the menu to get in touch. |
